Returns

You can request a return directly from your user profile within 14 days from the delivery date.

To request a return:

• select the reason for the return;

• indicate in the notes if you wish to receive a credit to be spent on the site, an exchange (where applicable) or a refund (where applicable). Alternatively, you can communicate this to us later by contacting our Customer Service.

Once the return has been received and verified at our warehouse, we will proceed according to the requested option and as provided for by these conditions.

In this case, no collection fee will be charged.

It is advisable to inform the courier of the goods reception times:

Or you can request collection via one of our couriers.

The service is available in Italy, Europe and, where possible, also for other destinations, and is always subject to a fee, with a cost equal to the shipping rate for the destination country.

Saveone reserves the right, if the collection cost is higher than the standard rate, to communicate the new amount in advance. The customer can choose whether to accept the collection cost or ship the return independently.

Credits, exchanges and refunds in Italy

Product exchange

For such exchanges, home collection is free, and the cost of the new exchange shipment is equal to that incurred at the time of purchase. A link for shipping payment will be sent via email.

For such exchanges, home collection is free.

Online store credit

You can request a credit to be spent on our site.

For all orders shipped within Italy, regardless of whether the products are discounted or not, home collection is free if a credit is requested instead of a refund.

The credit will be equal to the amount of the returned products and can be used for future online purchases.

Refund

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and verification of the return.

The refund will only include the value of the returned products.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of the order are never refunded.

If the return is made using our collection service, the relative cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns from the European Union

For orders shipped to European Union countries:

• product exchange is not provided;

• store credit or refund is provided;
  

The customer must independently arrange the return shipment or, where available, can request collection via one of our couriers, the cost of which will be communicated in advance.

The credit will be equal to the amount of the returned products and can be used for future online purchases.

The refund will be made to the original payment method, deducting the cost of collection if carried out via Saveone.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are never refundable.

Returns from non-European Union countries

For all orders shipped outside the European Union:

• exchange is not provided;

• credit is not provided;

• only a refund is provided.

The customer must independently arrange the return shipment or, where available, can request collection via one of our couriers, the cost of which will be communicated in advance.

The refund will be made net of:

• any collection costs;

• order shipping costs;

• any customs duties, taxes or other costs incurred by Saveone for the return of the goods.

To avoid the application of new customs duties, we recommend declaring during shipping:

"Returned goods - Duty Free Re-importation" or "Reso merce - Reimportazione in franchigia".

Otherwise, any customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return conditions

The right of withdrawal is valid only if the following conditions are met:

• the products must not have been used, washed or damaged;

• they must be returned complete with their original packaging;

• where present, the guarantee seal must be intact;

• items belonging to the same order must be shipped in a single shipment.

Saveone reserves the right not to accept returns shipped separately or not conforming to these conditions.

If the return is received in unsuitable conditions, it may be rejected or sent back to the customer.

Return acceptance conditions and Garment Regeneration

All returned garments undergo rigorous quality control in our laboratories. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received, never worn (except for a brief sizing try-on), free from odors or fragrances, and carefully packaged.

If the returned garment has unpleasant odors (including perfumes or smoke) or is returned in packaging conditions that require restoration, Saveone reserves the right to charge or deduct from the refund amount a fee starting from €5.00 for each item, as a contribution towards the costs of sanitization and regeneration of the product.

Non-refundable products

The following cannot be refunded:

• Gift Cards;

• Credit present in the customer account;

• Books;

• Grooming products.

Defective products

If a lack of conformity attributable to Saveone is ascertained, no collection or return management costs will be charged.

All products are checked and photographed before shipping.

Return at Saveone store

Online orders can also be returned at the physical Saveone store.

The conditions applied will be the same as those provided for purchases made online.
