Changes and Refunds

We're confident your custom-made garment will be perfect. However, if alterations are needed, we offer dedicated after-sales service to ensure a flawless fit.

Reports and Timelines

  • Reports of fit defects, imperfections or issues must be sent within 30 days from receipt of the item or from availability for collection in store.
  • After this deadline, any changes will be charged to the customer.

Tailoring Changes

If your boss requests small adjustments:

  • Options: you can contact our Saveone stores or your trusted tailor.
  • Refunds: we will refund you up to €75 or the 200% of the cost of the modification in the form of a voucher to be used for future purchases.

How to proceed

  1. Trusted tailor or Saveone shops:
    • Go to a Saveone store (by appointment) or to your trusted tailor.
  2. Tailoring Alterations Form:
    • Download and print the form for the item you want to alter (e.g. Jacket, Trousers, Shirt).
    • Give the form to the tailor to note the interventions.
  3. Send the documentation:

You will receive:

  • A 200% voucher on the value spent for tailoring alterations to be used on our site.
  • Alternatively, a direct reimbursement for expenses incurred.

Refund Conditions

  • Timings: send the request by 30 days from the reception of the boss.
  • Refund Method: within Within 7 business days , we'll use the same payment method as the purchase (credit card, PayPal). For payments by bank transfer or POS, you must include your bank details.
  • Refund limits:
    • Suit: €75 / CHF75 / $100 / £60
    • Jacket: €50 / CHF50 / $65 / £40
    • Trousers, Vest, Shirt, Polo: €35 / CHF35 / $45 / £30
    • Coat: €75 / CHF75 / $100 / £60

For changes made in Saveone Stores, any requests for further interventions must be forwarded within 14 days Upon receipt of the altered item. After this period, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Free Repackaging

If your tailor feels that the alterations needed exceed what is provided for in the form, we offer you a free repackaging .

Repackaging procedure

  1. Send at least three photos (front, back, side) that highlight the fit problem.
  2. Please specify the required changes in cm/inches, using the repair form as a reference.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service to collect the item.

Conditions

  • Request to be submitted by 30 days from the shipment of the order.
  • Shipping is free within the Eurozone, while shipping costs outside the Eurozone are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the original fabric is not available, you will be asked to choose an alternative fabric in the same price range.
  • Repackaging is guaranteed only for the first item of each type made .

Returns and Withdrawals

If the boss does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund following our withdrawal procedure.

Return procedure

  1. Download the return form: send it to bespoke@saveone.it with three photos (front, back, side) showing the defect.
  2. Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging, including the receipt or order confirmation email.
  3. Shipping: uses a traceable method; costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions

  • Request to be submitted by 30 days from the shipment of the order.
  • The boss must be unused And unmodified .
  • Promotions: If your purchase includes multiple items, all items must be returned for a full refund.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the return.
