"Sydney" it is a classic cut suit suitable for both formal and informal occasions. The trousers are delivered with the bottom open and you can adjust them (lengthen, shorten or remove them) with a trusted seamstress (the seamstress can also make changes to the waist and jacket, to make it perfect for the lines of your body). Returns
You can request a return in your user profile . Select the reason you wish to return the product(s). Specify in the notes whether you are requesting a refund or a return for online or in-store credit. You will be contacted as soon as possible after submitting your return request.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will provide one of the following options: credit your account or refund the payment method you used.
You can proceed with the shipment independently at Via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122) and you will not be deducted from the return costs, or contact us to arrange a home collection or at a collection point most convenient for you (free service only for exchanges or credits in Europe).
If you're shipping your return yourself, please inform the courier of your opening and closing times (10:30 - 12:30 / 14:30 - 19:00). Shipping via Poste Italiane and SDA is not recommended.
If you're unable to ship your order yourself, you can use our home or collection point service with GLS courier, available in Italy and Europe, for a fee (starting at €10 for Italy). You can request this by contacting us or by adding the home collection request in the notes section . You'll then receive all the instructions via the email address you registered when placing your order.
Credits and refunds in Italy and the European Union
In the event of a refund to the payment method, shipping and home collection costs will not be refunded.
If you have credit on your account , you will be offered free home or collection point pickup, so the credit will be equal to the amount spent online for the products purchased.
In case of exchange (valid only in Italy and on must-have and new products, i.e. ongoing and from the current collection), You will be offered free home collection or return shipping at a collection point.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery You can return one or more items and choose to receive a replacement or exercise your right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your return/refund request.
The right of return and withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);
- Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
" Credit " (credit in your customer account equal to the amount of your order which allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);
" Refund " (you will receive the amount for the products purchased, using the payment method used when placing the order).
Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our premises, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
In the event of defective goods, once the defect of the goods has been ascertained, no costs will be charged.
Please remember that all products in orders are pre-checked and photographed before being processed.
Gift cards and account credits cannot be refunded.

If you wish, you can return one or more products from your online order to our physical store, according to the rules valid for the online store.
Credits and refunds in the rest of the world (outside the European Union)
In the event of in-store credit, online credit, or a refund , the customer will take care of shipping the return, and the total value of the voucher will be reduced by shipping costs .
We do not offer home collections outside the European Union.
We provide a paid return collection service only in Europe, therefore outside of Europe you will have to independently organize the return shipment to Saveone Srl, in via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122) . As soon as we receive the package in our warehouse, we will ship the exchange or refund.
NB: For returns originating outside of Europe, to avoid paying additional duties on the return, please declare "returned goods, duty-free re-importation," meaning the return of previously exported goods for which the customer has already paid customs duties. Otherwise, the customs duties will be deducted from the refund.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:
- If the order is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
- the order was returned more than 14 days after delivery.
